Search and Rescue

We stayed for as long as we could fighting the fire - however we couldnt win this fight and left with 4 of our joeys and just the firefighting clothes we were wearing.
We returned 2 days later and began search and rescue and black walks looking for survivors.

Many of our released kangas and wallabies came home burnt and looking for help. We did what we could for them with the limited medical supplies we had. It would take a week for help to arrive, and help came from where we least expected it!
